London-based award-winning restaurant Zuma continues to host its guests in IstinyePark. Created by the successful chef Rainer Becker, Zuma prepares the modern Japanese cuisine, which is well-renowned for its authenticity, in a non-traditional way, accompanied by challenging tastes with contents of the highest quality and with a modest but excellent presentation. Zuma opens the doors of a world where the Izayaka style, which offers a comfortable environment of eating, is presented with elegant services in classy places as brought to life by Becker inspired by the years he lived in Tokyo.

Since 2002, Rainer Becker has co-designed all nine international locations in collaboration with Noriyoshi Muramatsu, Tokyo-based designer and the founder of Studio Glitt. The understanding of global aesthetics reflected by Zuma is born of the four elements in nature; earth, fire, water and air. Including İstanbul’s lively metropolitan energy and its mission of melting different cultures in the same pot to natural materials and textures, a great combination emerges. Designs consisting of raw natural materials and wooden logs, hand-shaped granite and raw sculpted stone rocks adds spirit to the rich and elaborated design of Muramatsu, providing both visual and tactual experience.

Hosting its guests in its specially designed location in IstinyePark, in Zuma, the main course service point is strategically positioned between the lounge area and the cocktail bar. The main dining hall is located in front of Robata grill and sushi bar, right across the kitchen. Thus, the guests of Zuma witness the making of the specimens of their favourite foods sushi and sashimi by master chefs in front of their eyes.

The hanging sake presentation at the focus point of the bar area of Zuma and the bar counter designed with wood specially brought from Thailand draw attention. The cocktail menu elaborately prepared by Zuma team includes South-east Asian Cooler and Raspberry Passion Fruit Martini which have become the signature cocktails of Zuma, and Zuma classics Tokyo Old Fashion and Iwamari Smash. Another remarkable contribution of interior architecture of Noriyoshi Muramatsu in IstinyePark is the DJ Booth where the urban-modern music will be played by Zurna’s DJ accompanying the cocktails made by master hands until late hours five days a week.

Wine lovers also enjoy the taste of the broadest wine menu of Turkey. Zuma has two great wine cellars in IstinyePark, hosting almost three thousand bottles. Both cellars have tasting stations for its guests to make testing from the award-winning wine menu.

The food menu comprises the signature tastes of Zuma: Tsubu-miso gake hinadori no oven taki (Miso chicken cooked on cedarwood), Rib eye no daikon ponzu fumi (Beef presented with slices of garlic and wafu sauce), Kinoko no kama meshi (Rice accompanied by mushroom and Japanese vegetables) and Suzuki no sashimi (Sea bass sashimi with yuzu, truffle and salmon eggs).
